Welcome to trypurepodofficial.com. This website is operated by ClickCraft
Ventures. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ClickCraft
Ventures. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms
below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you
live, to place an order.

2. THE PRODUCT

The product is a cordless, rechargeable kitchen appliance containing a sealed
lithium-ion battery, designed to be placed in a bowl or sink of water with
fruit and vegetables for a timed cycle.

3. WHAT THE PRODUCT IS AND IS NOT

3.1 This is a household kitchen appliance. It is a convenience device: it lets
you leave produce to soak unattended rather than standing at the tap.

3.2 It is NOT a disinfectant, steriliser, sanitiser or antimicrobial device.
It is not a medical device, a water treatment system for drinking water, or a
food-safety device.

3.3 It does not make food "safe to eat". It does not eliminate bacteria,
viruses, parasites or pesticide residues, and we make no claim that it does.

3.4 FOOD SAFETY REMAINS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Food safety authorities
recommend washing produce under running water with friction, discarding
damaged outer leaves, drying with a clean cloth or paper towel, and cooking
foods to the recommended temperature. Follow that guidance. This appliance
does not replace it, and using it instead of proper washing and handling may
leave contaminants present.

3.5 If you are preparing food for anyone at higher risk from foodborne
illness - including young children, pregnant people, older adults and anyone
who is immunocompromised - follow the food safety guidance issued by your
national authority and do not rely on any appliance in its place.

4. ELECTRICAL AND BATTERY SAFETY

The unit contains a sealed lithium-ion battery. You agree to read and follow
the instructions supplied with it. In particular:

  - Charge the unit only when it is dry, on a dry surface, using the supplied
    cable. NEVER charge it while wet or while in water
  - Do not leave it charging unattended or overnight
  - Do not open, puncture, crush, disassemble or modify the unit
  - Do not expose it to heat, fire, direct sunlight or temperatures outside
    the range stated in the instructions
  - Do not submerge it beyond the depth or rating stated in the instructions
  - Do not use it in hot water, in liquids other than water, or with
    detergents, bleach, vinegar or any cleaning chemical unless the
    instructions specifically permit it
  - Stop using it immediately and disconnect it if it becomes hot, swollen,
    deformed, discoloured, or emits smoke or an unusual smell, and contact us
  - Keep it out of reach of children. It is not a toy and must not be operated
    by children
  - Dry the exterior before storing, and store it dry

Dispose of the unit at the end of its life through an appropriate electrical
and battery recycling point. Do not put it in household waste or in a fire.

5. CORRECT USE

  - Use only in a clean bowl or sink with clean, cold or cool tap water
  - Use enough water to cover the produce; do not fill above the level marked
    on the unit
  - Not for use with meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy, or any food other than
    fruit and vegetables unless the instructions say otherwise
  - Not for use on infant feeding equipment, dishes, utensils or laundry
  - Not for treating drinking water
  - Rinse produce after the cycle and dry before storing or eating

6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS

We make every effort to describe the product accurately. Stated dimensions,
battery capacity, runtime, cycle length and water-resistance rating are
nominal, subject to normal manufacturing tolerance, and vary with water
temperature, battery age and conditions of use. Product photographs are
illustrative.

Any performance figure stated on this site refers to testing conditions
described alongside it and is not a guarantee of a result in your kitchen.

7. PRICING, BUNDLES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Bundle pricing
reflects a volume offer: the advertised per-unit price and percentage saving
refer to the total order divided by the number of units received, compared
with the single-unit price.

We reserve the right to change prices, change or discontinue the product, and
limit order quantities at any time without notice. If a pricing or description
error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it
in full.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including
where payment is not authorised, where carriers cannot deliver lithium-battery
products to your destination, where we suspect fraud, or where an order
appears to be placed for resale.

9. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, each
of which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not
guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

10. WARRANTY

The device carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defect from the
date of delivery, for the original purchaser, in household use. Exclusions are
set out in our Refund Policy. The warranty is not transferable.

11. HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY

This product is sold for domestic household use. It is not sold for
commercial, catering, food-service, retail or institutional use, and such use
voids the warranty.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and is
protected by applicable intellectual property law.

13. CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you send us a photograph, video or review, you grant us permission to
display it with attribution to the first name or initials you provide. We do
not publish reviews that describe the device as disinfecting, sterilising or
making food safe, and we may decline or edit submissions that make such
claims.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third-party services for payment processing, fulfilment,
shipment tracking, reviews and analytics. We are not responsible for their
content, accuracy or availability.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the
use of this site or the product, including loss arising from reliance on the
device in place of proper food washing and handling, from use contrary to the
instructions, or from charging or using the unit unsafely.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to
the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits
any right you have under consumer protection or product safety law that cannot
lawfully be excluded, nor any liability for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence.

16. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from use
of the product contrary to the instructions and warnings provided, from use by
any person you permit to use it, or from your breach of these terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. We may update these terms by posting a revised
version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to
that order.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder
continues in full force.
