Charge it fully before the first run — around 3 hours on the supplied USB-C
cable. Charge it dry, on a dry surface, never while it's wet and never in the bowl.
Then read the quick-start card: the only two things people get wrong are overfilling the
bowl above the line on the unit, and running it without enough water to cover the produce.

No scans yet?
A number with no movement usually means the parcel is in transit but hasn't reached its first sorting hub. Normal for the first 48 hours, longer when it's busy.

Arrives with low battery?
Expected. Lithium batteries ship partly charged by air-freight rules. Give it a full charge before judging the runtime.

Stuck or stalled?
If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days after dispatch, contact us. We'll open a carrier enquiry, then reship or refund in full.
